All prisoners must be informed of their charge within 48 hours or be automatically released.
No prisoner may be released without informing the Minister of the Interior.
All new prisoners must be placed on the Violet Hold manifest and be reported to the Minister of the Interior.
Prisoners are stripped of all their belongings and given standard issue prison attire, and are restrained with mana-suppression cuffs at all times.
Level 2 - Prisoners must wear physical restraints when outside their cell, but may have them off inside.
Level 3 - Prisoners wear physical restraints at all times.
Upon release from the Hold, their belongings will be returned to them.
Once the prisoners have been informed of the charges, they may post bail as determined by the Court, or remain in the level they were assigned until their trial.
Prisoners may be released by persons of certain ranks, as determined by the level the prisoner is in, only before the trial as an alternative to posting bail.
Once the sentence is set, prisoners may only appeal their case, or be pardoned by the Chancellor. All pardon requests go to the Minister of the Interior for investigation and review who will then issue a recommendation to the Chancellor.
